Advance HE – Leading Departments

Here I am seemingly hard at work as part of the delivery team for the ‘Leading Departments‘ programme for Advance HE, designed to support new and existing heads of university departments to meet their operational challenges.  This is one of Advance HE‘s most successful roll-outs, a great immersive experience which I thoroughly enjoy delivering.  It’s been running for nearly 15 years now.  I play I couple of characters I have become very attached to over those years and I get chance to work repeatedly with some great colleagues including the extremely talented Emma Kedge and Paul Hessey, both featured in this YouTube video promoting the programme..
