Interventions and Traps

It was refreshing to start the year with a little personal development as a facilitator, joining an accomplished group of professionals for an illuminating workshop delivered by the brilliant Bella Mehta and Brian Watts from the Association of Facilitators on the subject of interventions and traps   A great opportunity to reflect on my own practise and learn from the wisdom and experience of others.
